THE PROCESS

Coaching Objectives

The main objective of a 1:1 coaching session is to provide you with personalized, actionable guidance that aligns with your specific creative goals. By the end of this session, you will:

• Gain a deeper understanding of your current vector art skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a clear action plan for a specific project, a portfolio, or your creative career.
• Learn new techniques and workflows for your preferred vector art software, whether that's Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fresco, Affinity Designer, or another program.
• Receive honest and constructive critiques to help you elevate your work.
• Get answers to your questions about the art business, including building a portfolio, freelancing, and branding.​

Pre-Session Checklist

To ensure a productive and smooth coaching session, please complete the following steps before we meet.

Before the Session:

• Identify Your Goals: Take some time to think about what you want to achieve. Do you need help with a specific project, a portfolio critique, or advice on the business of art? The more specific you are, the more I can help.
• Gather Your Materials: Prepare the work you want to discuss. This could be a portfolio link, a few pieces of art, a project brief, or a list of questions you want to ask.
• Check Your Tech: If we're meeting online, please have a computer or laptop with a working webcam, a stable internet connection, and your vector drawing app of choice (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fresco) ready to go.
• Join the Discord: Be sure to have a Discord account ready, as many of the sessions take place there. The Vector Maestros community is a great place to continue your creative journey.
• Find a Quiet Space: Choose a quiet and distraction-free environment where you can focus on our session.
